Growing Up Green Teenies

The Teenie room is a stimulating and exciting room that is set up to enable free flow play and child accessible toys, this helps to increase independence and boost confidence. The Teenie room is set out to achieve a well rounded development including coordinative and imaginative skills.

The types of play include role play, books, physical, music, construction, small world, sand, and water. We also have a messy room to provide a range of tactile experiences encouraging children to learn through their senses.

We set up group activities throughout the day which helps to develop social skills and interaction. We have plenty of displays around the room that all the children take part in to give them a sense of achievement and ownership.

Nappies for children requiring them are provided. We use a recyclable and laundry nappy system.
